When do you need a separate workspace?

Workspaces are ideal when you need to operate as a different entity – for example:

  • Resellers managing credentials for multiple clients needing unique branding,

  • Enterprises with global departments,

  • Universities issuing from different faculties,

  • Agencies that need to connect the credentials to multiple LinkedIn profiles or host them under separate domains.

πŸ’‘If your goal is just internal organization, not different branding, you may not need an extra workspace.

Instead, use roles and groups: assign team members to specific groups, use different designs per group, and customize delivery emails per event.

How to add a new workspace?

To enable an additional workspace:

  1. Contact [email protected] or use live chat to add the Workspace add-on to your subscription.

  2. Once enabled, go to Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Workspaces (direct link here).

  3. Click Add Workspace, fill in the details, and save by pressing Add Workspace.

Each workspace includes all the features of your current plan – branding, designs, integrations, analytics, and team settings – and functions as a fully independent environment.

How to set a credential limit for each workspace?

You can easily set a credential limit for each of your workspaces and monitor the allocated usage. To set the limit:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Workspaces (direct link here).

  2. Find the workspace you want to set the limit for, and click on the cogwheel icon in the Usage column β†’ Set Limit.

  3. Enter the credential limit you want to assign to this workspace and press Set Limit.

⚠️ While you can enter any number you want for the limit, please keep in mind that your workspaces share the usage limit you selected for your subscription.

It's also the place where you can check the usage of each workspace.

How to change the workspace's name?

You can change the names of your workspaces anytime you want – you'll just need to:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Workspaces (direct link here).

  2. Find the workspace you want to change the name of, and press on Manage β†’ Edit Name.

  3. You'll be redirected to the workspace you want to modify – press Proceed.

  4. Once you're in the General Info settings, change the name in the Issuer Name field and press Save.

Alternatively, you can select this workspace after you log in, and change the name in Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ General Info (direct link here).

How to invite team members to your workspace?

You can change the names of your workspaces anytime you want – you'll just need to:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Workspaces (direct link here).

  2. Find the workspace you want to invite your team members to, and press on Manage β†’ Invite Team Members.

  3. You'll be redirected to the workspace – press Proceed.

  4. Once you're in the Team settings, invite the team members.

Alternatively, you can select this workspace after you log in, and invite new team members in Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Team (direct link here).

How to delete a workspace?

If you no longer have use for one of your workspaces, you can delete it:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Workspaces (direct link here).

  2. Find the workspace you want to delete and press on Manage β†’ Delete Workspace.

  3. Press Proceed to Deletion.

⚠️ Important: By deleting the workspace, you delete all associated data – including designs, groups, emails, and issued credentials. Once you do that, neither you nor your recipients will be able to access them – the links to credentials will become inactive. This action is irreversible.

Before you proceed, make sure that you have exported all your data.
