How to Print Certificates Created in Certifier

You can easily print certificates created in Certifier - you'll just need to download them as PDF first.

Before printing, prepare your certificates to ensure they look professional:

  • Use Preview Design to check placement, alignment, and overall layout.

  • Upload high-quality SVGs for logos, icons, and backgrounds to ensure sharp print quality.

  • Select widely supported fonts for consistent display.

  • Verify page size, scaling, and contrast (especially for QR codes - make sure to maintain high contrast to confirm they scan correctly).

Careful preparation and previewing will give you sharp, consistent, and professional print results, while saving time and preventing mistakes.
