Managing Sender Details

What is the default sender and email template in Certifer?

By default, Certifier distributes emails from [email protected] using our servers, and the template looks like this:

However, you can replace the sender’s email with any email address you wish. Additionally, you can edit the email template, change its text, place your logo, modify the colors, and add the sender’s name (e.g., the name of your organization or your name).

Can I receive notifications about bounced emails?

To get notified about bounces, add your email address as a BCC in the sender's details. When adding sender details, there's a dedicated field for CC and BCC addresses:

Once you do that, you'll be included in the thread, and notified when email bounces.

Resending Emails

How many times can I resend emails?

You can use the resend function as many times as you want, and it does not count towards your credential limit.

However, to avoid triggering SPAM filters, we recommend not resending the emails too many times consecutively - this may be treated as unwanted mail by email providers.

Can I change the recipient's email before resending?

If you need to correct the email address, you can do it in the Credentials tab - just edit the text and press Enter:

Once you confirm the data is correct, you'll just need to retry sending.
