⚠️ Important: The recipient's name is mandatory and can’t be removed from your certificate design.

Why can’t I edit the recipient’s name?

The recipient’s name is a dynamic field (attribute). Certifier automatically fills in the recipient’s name using the details you provide through a spreadsheet, manual upload, or integration.

📓 The name you see in your design is just a placeholder. The actual recipient name will be populated when you issue the credential, not while you’re creating the design. This helps to issue personalized certificates in bulk in minutes.

How to issue personalized certificates for my recipients?

👉 To issue personalized certificates with your recipients' data, navigate to this detailed instruction How to use Certifier!

You can find your issued certificates in the Credentials tab, and easily download them from there.
