As a newbie to Certifier, you should know that you cannot just download the certificate you created using our design-builder. You have to issue a certificate in order to download it to your computer as a PDF.
If you have already issued your certificates and would like to download them, here is how:
Go to the Credentials section
Select credentials from the list
Click on Export on the right:
Select PDF format and enter the email address an archive should be emailed to:
Click on Export to send it out. And that's it!
