How to manage your Billing Details

Learn how to manage your billing in Certifier - from updating payment methods to finding invoices and checking your credit usage.

Where to find the Billing Section?

Everything related to your billing and payments in Certifier can be easily managed from one place. Just head to Settings → Payments & Plans → Billing Information, or click here to open it directly.

This section gives you full access to your account details, credential usage, and billing preferences. Let’s break it all down so you know where to find what and how to make changes.

🔐 Cannot access the Billing section? It's possible that you're a Credential Manager at your workspace. Reach out to the owner of your account to grant you access or make the changes instead.


Account Details

At the top of the Billing Information section, you’ll see an overview of your current subscription plan, active add-ons, billing frequency, and the next renewal date.
You’ll also see the total payment amount for the upcoming renewal.

If you’d like to change your plan or switch between monthly and annual billing, click the “Change plan” link.

Account Limit

This section shows your credential usage and annual issuing limit. For example, you might see something like: “You have already issued 4287 out of 5000 credentials.”

You’ll also see the reset date, which tells you when your issuing allowance will start fresh. You can click “Change limit” if you need a higher limit.

How to Find Your Invoices

You can access all your past invoices directly in your account. Go to Settings → Payments & Plans → Billing Information, then click Open next to Your invoices.

Additionally, every time a payment is processed, Certifier sends an email titled "Renewal Charge Successful" to your billing email address. This email includes a copy of your invoice.

💡Can't find the invoice in your email? Make sure to check the email address listed in account information, and take a look in Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.


How to Change Your Payment Method

To update your card or payment method, navigate to Settings → Payments & Plans → Billing Information. Click Open next to Your payment methods, and enter the new payment details.

💡Your updated method will be automatically used for all future payments.


How to Change Your Billing Details

If you need to update your billing contact information (such as your company name or billing email), go to Settings → Payments & Plans → Billing Information, then click Open next to Your account information.

You can also update your billing address by clicking Open next to Your billing address. These details will reflect on your future invoices.
