I get a spreadsheet upload error. How can I resolve it?

Some of our users experience difficulties in uploading their spreadsheets. Read this article to find out how to solve this problem effectively.


If something goes wrong during the uploading process, please check the following common problems:

  1. You used the wrong file format. Please check a file's format – we accept CSV and XLSX.

  2. A spreadsheet has no records or has fewer than 1 column. You should have at least one recipient (one record) in your spreadsheet, also it should have at least 1 columns (recipient's name).

  3. There is an issue with the records in your spreadsheet. Please check the data in your spreadsheet. Each record must have a valid email address.

  4. There is a column without a header. Please check whether all the columns of your spreadsheet have headers.
