How can you check whether your credentials are delivered?
Certifier allows you to track your credentials and shows whether they are delivered, viewed, or downloaded by your recipients. Where can you see this?
Once you have issued a pack of certificates, you can go to the Credentials section and check the tab called Status. This tab displays whether:
- an email with a particular certificate was delivered;
- an email with a particular certificate was opened;
- the credential itself was opened and viewed; (the recipient clicked on the "View Credential" button)
- the credential received some engagement; (downloaded as PDF, shared on social media, link copied)
- the credential was shared on Linkedin.
The color of an icon under the Status tab tells you about the success or failure of a particular process.
- The green color means that everything is alright.
- The yellow color indicates that the email was bounced and could not be delivered.
- The red color means that some internal error took place
