After the recipient receives their credential, they can make requests about it. How does it look?

  1. Recipient enters the Credential page and clicks on the Contact Issuer button.

  2. To submit the change request, the recipient needs to confirm their email.

  3. Once confirmed, the recipient can specify their inquiry.

  4. After hitting Submit, the Issuer gets notified about the change request.

Once the recipient submits the Change Request, you'll be able to easily find and manage it:

  • Through your Certifier dashboard:

  • Access it directly through the link in the email you'll receive:

  • By manually setting the filters in the Credentials tab:

    • Add filter: Change Request → is → Open.

    • Once you see the credentials with open change requests, you can enter any of them by clicking on the "❗️" icon → View in the status column

How to manage and close the Change Request?

Just follow these steps to fulfill and close a change request:

  1. Enter the Credential details to view the request.

  2. Make the changes and press Save.

  3. You can select to close the Change Request, by clicking on the x button → Close.
