Step-by-step instruction
Step 1 – Log in from the member's account and change the email
Log in from the member's account and navigate to the Account section. Change the email address to any personal or temporary one.
💡 This step will free up your email address to become an owner later.
Step 2 – Log out of the member account
After changing the email, simply log out from the team member’s account.
Step 3 – Log in from the current owner’s account and assign ownership
Now, sign in using the current owner’s credentials. Go to the same Account section and change the email to the one that now belongs to the member.

Step 4 – Confirm the ownership transfer
You’ll receive a confirmation email at the new address. Just copy the code from the message and paste it to confirm the change.
And it's done! Now your account has the correct owner ✅
