Troubleshooting: Confirmation Email Not Received

Find out what to do if you don’t receive the confirmation code email when registering your Certifier account.

Step 1 – Check your inbox folders

Sometimes confirmation emails end up in your Spam, Promotions, or Social tabs. Be sure to check all of them just in case.

Step 2 – Contact us for manual approval

If you still do not see a confirmation email from Certifier, it is probably due to the Firefall regulations of your domain.

No worries — just reach out to us via the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen, or email us at [email protected], and we’ll manually approve your account.

Once your account is manually approved, we will notify you straight away.
