Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

Sometimes our users do not see an email with a confirmation code in their inboxes when trying to register. What should be done in such a case?


First, make sure you have checked all the folders in your inbox, e.i. spam, promotions, and social. If you still do not see a confirmation email from Certifier, it is probably due to the Firefall regulations of your domain. In this case, your account should be approved manually. 

To get manual approval, text us using the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen. You can also email us directly at contact@certifier.me. Once your account is manually approved, we will notify you straight away.
