What is your money-back policy?

General

We can refund purchases made with debit or credit cards to the source of payment. Please note that Certifier does not have an impact on any additional charges credit card companies may charge or the amount of time the refund takes to reach your bank account.

Usually, 2-7 business days are required for the refund to be processed by the bank.

First-time purchases

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for our first-time customers. If Certifier does not meet your needs, you can contact us within 30 days and get a full refund for your purchase.

If you've previously purchased a Certifier Standard/Professional/Premium plan and canceled it with a refund, you will not be eligible for any further refund.

Renewals

All paid subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel the upcoming renewal anytime by following these steps:

• Navigate to Certifier Dashboard

• Click on the Upgrade button at the top of the page

• Scroll Down and choose a Standard plan with a 250 credentials limit (Free)

• Confirm the changes at the right bar

You can also proceed with the cancellation in Account → Settings → Payments & Plans → Upgrade Your Plan → Scroll Down and choose a Standard plan with a 250 credentials limit (Free) → Confirm the changes at the right bar.

Please note that your paid subscription will be valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

For example, if your monthly Professional plan was activated on December 1, 2022, and you cancel your renewal on December 15th, 2022 — all the Professional plan features will still be available until January 1, 2023.
