How to switch the account owner to one of the team members?
Learn how to transfer Certifier workspace ownership when the new owner is already a team member.
Steps
1. Log in from the member's account and navigate to the Account section. Change the email address to any personal or temporary one.
This step will free up your email address to become an owner later.
2. Once done, log out of the member account with the temporary email.
3. Log in from the owner account and change the email address to the desired member's one here. If you don't have access to the owner's login details, please contact us at support@certifier.io or via chat.
4. To confirm the change, paste the code from the notification you received to your email.
Done! Now your account has the correct owner ✅
