How does Certifier's pricing work?
This article explains how Certifier pricing works.
Our pricing is very flexible!
You can choose either a monthly-based or yearly subscription.
Monthly-based subscription
Clients with monthly-based contracts get charged once per month at the beginning of their billing cycle. It means that the plan you purchased remains active for one month. After that, you have two options, depending on whether you plan to use Certifier later or not.
If you plan to issue certificates using Certifier, you should just wait for the end of the billing cycle to get automatically charged for the next month.
If you do not plan to continue using Certifier, you should unsubscribe from the service in the settings. By the way, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your plan will still be active until the end of a billing cycle.
Yearly contract
You can also choose an annual contract and pay for 12 months of your Certifier's subscription. This type of contract is much beneficial since it provides you with a 15% discount!
You can get a full refund of a first-time annual subscription within 30 days. After this period, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, no prorated credits will be issued for the unused period.
