Why add a badge to your Gmail signature?

Adding your professional credentials to your Gmail signature is a great way to showcase your achievements and make your emails stand out. Follow these simple steps to embed a credential or digital badge into your Gmail signature.

Instructions:

  1. Download a credential image below using any sizing option (you will be able to resize the image in the Signature builder).

  2. Open Gmail, click on the Settings icon → See All Settings → scroll down to the Signature block.

  3. If you already have a signature, select it from the list and click on the "Edit" icon. To create a new signature, click on "+ Create new" and enter a name for your signature.

  4. Place the cursor where you want the credential to appear and upload it by clicking on the Image icon in the toolbar. If you are not satisfied with the size of the credential image you uploaded, feel free to adjust it by selecting one of the sizing options provided by Gmail (Small, Medium, or Large).

  5. Click Copy Link below, then highlight the image and click on the link icon in the toolbar.

  6. Now paste the URL you copied.

  7. Scroll down and click “Save Changes”.

Well done! Now your signature showcases your recent achievement 🎊
