Business workspaces: Apps are enabled by default.
⚠️ Enterprise and Edu workspaces: Apps are disabled by default and must be enabled by an administrator.
To manage Apps, go to Workspace Settings → Apps.
Once Apps are available in your workspace, team members can connect Certifier individually:
Open Apps in ChatGPT
Search for Certifier (link to the Certifier app page)
Click Connect
Sign in to Certifier and authorize access to your workspace
After completing these steps, your team members can use Certifier directly from ChatGPT to create, issue, and manage credentials.
