Issuing & Delivery Options

How can I schedule credential issuance for later?

Start the issuance process in the Credentials tab or in the Groups tab by pressing Issue Credentials. Add your recipients' data, and go to Summary by clicking on Preview Before Issuing.

Once you press Issue Credentials, you'll be able to choose “Schedule for later”:

You’ll be able to set a specific date and time when the credentials should be sent. Certifier will take care of delivering them automatically when the time comes.

Uploading & Customizing Recipient Data

Can I add Recipients' data using a Spreadsheet?

Yes! Once you press Issue Credentials in the Credentials or Groups tab, select the "Via spreadsheet upload" option and proceed. Then, upload a spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) with recipient details.

Certifier will guide you through mapping your data and previewing everything before issuing. You can learn more here!

Can I assign different issue dates for each recipient?

You can add the individual date for all your recipients just like any other dynamic attribute - you'll just need to enable this option beforehand.

To do so, go to Settings → Attributes and turn on the option "Allow date mapping during the issuance process (in the smart table)".

Once you do that, you'll be able to map or add each date individually.

How to add data for my custom attributes via Spreadsheet?

If you have created custom attributes, you can easily add the values for them while issuing - you'll just need to add any custom data as extra columns in your spreadsheet.

During upload, Certifier will let you map those columns to dynamic attributes. You can use these in your design template or emails.

How can I set a custom issue date for all credentials in bulk?

By default, Certifier sets the issue date to the current day. If you need to backdate or future-date credentials, you can easily change it for all recipients at once.

After uploading your recipient list, click “Preview Before Issuing”, then find the Issue date in the Group & Recipients panel on the left. Click the edit icon and choose your preferred date — it’ll apply to the whole batch and update instantly in the preview.
