Personalizing Credentials with Image Attributes

You can make your credentials more engaging and professional-looking by adding images. For example:

  • Recipient photo: add a personal touch.

  • Trainerโ€™s signature: build credibility and trust.

  • Logos or symbols: highlight partner brands and sponsors.

At Certifier, you can easily add these visuals using Image Attributes.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Learn more about attributes here: Guide to attributes.

๐Ÿ’ก Image Attributes are available on Professional and Advanced plans.

Before you Begin: Prepare your Images

To add an image to your credential, ensure it's stored online and accessible via a public link. For example: https://example.com/yourimage.png or https://example.com/yourimage.jpg.

You can use a free hosting service like PostImage or any other image hosting platform. Simply upload your image and copy the Direct Link.

That's it โ€“ your image is ready to be added to your credentials โœจ

Step 1. Add an Image Attribute

  • Go to Designs โ†’ Create New Design or open any existing design.

Step 2. Adjust the Image Layout

To check how your dynamic image will appear, paste a sample URL next to Add URL to preview the image.

You can then adjust the layout in two ways:

  • Fill Content: turn this on if you want the image to fill the frame.

  • Alignment: choose whether the image should be aligned to the left, center, or right.

Once you're happy with the layout, press Save.

Step 3. Upload Personalized Images

Upload Image URLs while issuing credentials in a preferred way: via spreadsheet, automation, or manually.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Learn more in our Guide to Issuing Credentials.

๐Ÿ’กTip: Make sure your image URL has the correct format, for example:
โ€‹https://example.com/yourimage.png
