Introduction
There are multiple reasons why you may want to resend the credentials to your recipients:
You'd like to remind recipients about unopened credentials to boost engagement.
The recipient notified you that they lost or haven't found their credential.
You selected the option not to email the credentials while issuing and changed your mind.
The delivery email bounced after the first try.
In any case, you can resend the credentials in a few quick clicks!
How to resend credentials
💡 Tip: Credential resending is not counted toward your limit. You can resend credentials as many times as you wish.
To send the delivery email chosen for your credentials, you will just need to:
Enter the Credentials tab
Use filters or find the credentials you want to resend on the list, and select them.
Click on Resend Email.
And that's it!
