👑 Issuer's Portal is available for our Advanced plan users.
What is the Issuer's Portal, and why should you use it?
The Issuer's Portal is your own branded space to showcase your organization, credentials, and certified recipients. Here's how it helps you stand out as a professional issuer:
Showcase your brand: Use Premium Branding and add your logo, banner, description, and links to your website and social profiles to make a strong first impression.
Display your credentials: Your Credentials Directory lets anyone explore your certificates and badges, with detailed views of each one.
Promote learning progress with Pathways: Using Pathways? They can be displayed in your Portal – guiding learners through structured journeys and showing their progress. It’s a great way to add value to your credentials.
Highlight certified recipients: Your Recipients Directory showcases everyone you’ve certified, with individual profiles listing all their credentials.
Boost visibility & trust: Credential Verification and Retrieval Pages make it easy to verify credentials and help recipients find all their awards in one place – building both credibility and convenience.

How to manage your Issuer’s Portal settings
While in the Issuer's Portal settings, you can easily control what’s displayed publicly – and what’s not. Here's a breakdown of the sections you can manage:
Section | Description | Actions You Can Take |
|
Your main branded profile with logo, banner, description, and social links. |
|
|
A public catalog of your available credentials (groups). |
|
Shows issued credentials under each recipient’s profile. |
| |
Controls visibility of issued credentials (independent of recipient view). |
| |
|
A searchable directory of everyone you’ve certified. |
|
|
A page for recipients to retrieve all their credentials. |
|
| A tool for your recipients or third parties to verify the authenticity of a credential. |
|
What if a recipient wants to stay private?
Even if a recipient appears in your directory, they can control their own visibility – hide individual credentials or their entire profile any time.
So you control what's public on your portal – but recipients can always choose how visible they want to be.
