We're sorry to see you go, but we always want to stay flexible for our customers. At Certifier, you can cancel your subscription anytime.

πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ If you want to discuss anything regarding your plan first, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via chat or at [email protected]!

How to cancel the subscription

If you have made your decision, you can cancel your plan in your account's Settings:

  1. Navigate to the Certifier Dashboard and click on the Upgrade button at the top of the page.

  2. Select the Starter plan.

  3. Lower the credential limit to 250.

  4. Confirm the changes by pressing Downgrade on the right bar.

You can also proceed with the cancellation in Account β†’ Settings β†’ Payments & Plans β†’ Upgrade Your Plan, or using this direct link.

And that's it - your subscription is cancelled, and you will no longer be billed.

❗️ Please note that your paid subscription will be valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

For example, if your monthly Professional plan was activated on December 1, 2024, and you cancel your renewal on December 15th, 2024, all the Professional plan features will still be available until January 1, 2025.

Why the free plan?

Even if you no longer want to use Certifier to issue credentials, you may want to track and monitor them - it's important to us that you have this opportunity!

Additionally, if you decide to resume issuing credentials with us in the future, you'll be able to get right back to where you left off. You can simply renew your subscription anytime you want and issue more credentials in a few simple clicks.

What happens after I cancel?

Once you cancel the subscription, you will still have access to the current plan's features until the next renewal date.

After that, you'll still be able to access your account, including all your credentials and designs.

However, you will have access to fewer features (if you downgraded from the Professional or Advanced plan), and the credential limit will be lowered to 250. This means that if you have already exceeded this limit, you won't be able to issue more credentials without upgrading.

🀝 Certifier doesn’t collect an additional fee for hosting your already-issued credentials.

We understand how important flexibility is for our customers, so credentials remain active for recipients while you pause or cancel the subscription!
