How to request changes in my credentials?

Once you receive your credentials, you may notice some details need changing. With Certifier, you can make request directly to the issuer!

How to make a Change Request?

When you notice any errors in your Credentials, you can easily reach out to the Issuer. To do so, you'll just need to:

  1. Enter the Credential page through a link received from the Issuer.

  2. Scroll down and click on Contact Issuer.

  3. To submit the change request, enter the email address the credential was delivered to.

  4. After the email address is confirmed, you can specify your inquiry.

  5. The Issuer will be notified about your request!


What happens next?

You can monitor the credential page; the change made by the Issuer will appear there automatically. Alternatively, you will be notified via email once done.
