If you're a Certifier Recipient who’s having trouble locating their certificates or badges, there's an easy solution. Follow the steps in this article to easily list all the credentials of which you’re a recipient.

Step 1: Navigate to the Credential Retrieval Page

Step 2: Input Your Recipient Email Address: On the Credential Retrieval Page, you'll see a field to input your email. Use the email address associated with your credentials.

Step 3: Check Your Email Inbox: Upon providing your email and hitting “Retrieve Credentials” button, you should check your inbox for an email containing all your credential links.

Step 4: Access Your Credentials: Open the email and click on the credential links to view or engage with them.
