Can I use my own email address to distribute certificates with Certifier?

If you want to impress your recipient, you may want to use your company's or private email to distribute certificates to them. How can you do it?

By default, Certifier sends all certificates from the no-reply@certifier.io email. However, you can replace this address with any verified email you wish. This option is available to our Professional plan users and above.

What should you do to replace the default email address with a custom one?

  1. Go to the Emails section

  2. Open the Sender details tab

  3. Click on +Create Sender Details

  4. Enter a desired address and sender name (you can add CC and BCC as well) and click on Create Verified Email

  5. Verify this email by clicking on the verification link you have got from Certifier

Congratulations! You have just learned how to distribute certificates from a custom email address 🤩
